Kathryn’s experience in athletics unveiled the holistic benefits of exercise on the body and mind. She finds joy in partnering with her patients to reach their maximum potential for lifelong ability. As a former collegiate swimmer, Kathryn enjoys getting in the water as frequently as possible, gardening, and cooking with friends.
