What is Pilates?

Pilates is a total body workout designed to get you fit and energized. It concentrates on building core and muscle strength, and increases flexibility, range of motion, stability and balance. Our balanced body equipment classes are designed to use the Reformer and Core Align with individual training.


Who can do Pilates at GMSPT?

All are welcome to take Pilates classes with our instructor. Priority will be given to current and past patients, and their families. We can work with the post-rehabilitation patient all the way to the seasoned athlete.

Are the classes private?

Pilates classes can be one-on-one or with a small group of friends at your request.
