Billy Shiou
Billy is a Diamond Bar native. He loves to rock climb and has been doing so for almost a decade now. He is also an avid tennis player when the rocks are too scary to climb. He has experienced many hand injuries which has led to his interest in supporting patients with various hand injuries.
