Tiff has spending time with family and friends at the top of her favorite's list. She also likes to go for hikes, soaking up the sun at the beach, going out to eat (Italian is her favorite) and traveling. Some of the places she has visited include AK, CO, HI, NV, WA, OK, UT, NY, FL and TX. She dreams of going to Greece and Italy.
Tiff's favorite thing about working at GMSPT is helping her clients reach their fitness goals, showing others how exercising can be beneficial or that it can lead to a healthier life style. In the future, Tiff would like to pursue DPT school and/or get into more sport specific training.
